In this role, you will play a key part in designing and implementing new processes from scratch, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across operations. You will support Local Marketing Managers in developing and executing their marketing strategies, driving success in their respective markets. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with the Commercial Marketing Director to evaluate the performance of Local Marketing Managers, fostering continuous improvement and delivering impactful results. Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and Coordinate Team : Manage and oversee a large and culturally diverse team, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination within a dynamic gaming industry environment.
2. Develop and Implement Processes : Establish and implement new processes and systems from the ground up to enhance local marketing operations.
3. Support Local Marketing Managers : Assist Local Marketing Managers in creating, developing, and executing their marketing plans and strategies.
4. Evaluate Performance : Collaborate with the Commercial Marketing Director to assess and measure the performance of Local Marketing Managers.
5. Coaching and Development : Identify skill gaps in Local Marketing Managers and provide tailored coaching to foster their professional growth.
6. Knowledge Sharing : Facilitate the exchange of insights and marketing strategies between markets to maximize marketing effectiveness across the region.
7. Budget Management : Support Local Marketing Managers in developing and presenting marketing budgets.
8. Analysis : Promote a culture of analysis where initiatives are systematically evaluated, learnings are applied, and optimizations are made for continuous improvement.
9. Drive Innovation : Introduce and integrate innovative marketing approaches and strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
