Accounts Assistant (6 Months)

Job Description: Location: Woodlands Industry: Lifescience Manufacturing (US MNC) Salary Range: $2,800 per month Start: February 2024 Period: 6 Months (Subject to renewal) Responsibilities: Process accounts payable invoices matching and verifying with Purchase Orders and good receipts. Perform supplier reconciliation on a monthly basis. Liaise with buyers and suppliers to resolve Invoice on hold issues. Reconciliation and clearing of aged items in RNI. Other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements: Diploma in Accountancy. Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable. Good time management and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in using Oracle R12 or other accounting systems and Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage.
