An established Civil & Structural Engineering Consulting firm in Singapore requires the following position: PROJECT MANAGER (HDB PROJECT) Responsibilities: To assist the project manager in project management and day-to-day operations. To manage the contractor and coordinate with various parties such as HDB and TC. To manage the milestones and quality of the project. To attend meetings as required. To attend to feedback as required. To verify the contractor's work and claims. To ensure safety measures are in place throughout the project. To carry out ad-hoc inspections as required. Any other tasks as instructed. Requirements: A Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, or Quantity Surveying. The degree shall be recognized by the respective Professional Bodies, professional institutions, or BCA. A minimum of 2 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB projects. Optional: Possess a #J-18808-Ljbffr
