Key Responsibilities: Talent Management : Conduct thorough needs assessments and research to design and implement talent management programmes that identify, develop, and retain top talent across the organization. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a robust talent pipeline, preparing high-potential employees for future leadership roles. Support Talent & Leadership Reviews (TLR) to ensure alignment between talent development and business needs. Leadership Development: Assist in designing and delivering leadership development programmes to grow talent at all levels. Partner with external consultants and experts to deliver specialised leadership development programmes that meet the evolving needs of Singtel Group of Companies. Measure and track the impact of leadership development initiatives, using feedback and data to refine and enhance program effectiveness. Organizational Culture: Support efforts to strengthen Group Purpose and Values through regular feedback, engagement initiatives, and practices that reinforce positive mindset, behaviours and performance. Assist in designing and delivering Group initiatives that champion our BIG Culture of Belonging, Impact, and Growth. Talent Insights and Reporting: Utilize talent analytics to assess programme effectiveness and make data-driven decisions that enhance talent engagement, development, and retention. Analyse and generate talent insights to enhance succession planning, progression management, talent reviews, organisational culture, employee engagement and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). Manage and prepare talent reporting for BIG Insights, Singtel Group Annual Report, Sustainability Report, and related regulatory and management reports. The ideal candidate should have: 5-7 years of experience in talent management, consulting, or organisational development. A degree in HR, Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related field. Professional certification from IHRP, SHRM, ATD, or other relevant associations. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability in conceptualization. Proficiency in data analytics and problem-solving, along with cognitive agility. Confidence and effectiveness in relationship building and stakeholder management. Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively convey ideas and engage stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
