Our client specializes in e-waste recycling and IT asset services, offering comprehensive IT recycling solutions to organizations. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Representative Executive. Job Description: Maintain timely and effective communication with clients. Manage daily orders, meet service level standards, and resolve service issues. Coordinate with logistics providers and subcontractors to support client programs. Prepare billing reports and settlements. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Logistics is highly desirable or with Warehouse/Logistic working experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of e-waste recycling and IT asset management is a plus. Other Information: Working Hour: 8.30am-6pm (5 days, 1 Day Remote Working) Location: Tai Seng Salary: $2500 - $3500#J-18808-Ljbffr
