Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and manage daily maintenance activities with in-house & external contractors and execute maintenance timely and effectively. Analyze and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors, prepare RCA and follow up actions with Sr Engineers. Prepare/Review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control, ensure critical spare availability, optimize spare parts, and manage stock effectively using CMMS. Manage annual shutdown/Grade change maintenance (Work planning, Management of actual site work, Liaising with contractors and production group). Good knowledge and hands-on experience with PLC system maintenance/inspection of plant electrical and instrumentation equipment (e.g., TI, TT, PI, PT, CV, on/off valve, motor, Switchgear, MCC, etc.). Lead troubleshooting efforts when E&I problems occur, quickly diagnosing the cause, and ensuring that repairs are carried out effectively. Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environment, and Health Management System (for example SS506 part 3, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949). Have a legal obligation to act in a responsible manner for the safety of themselves and other persons who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work. Assist Management in ensuring that Major Accident Hazards are reduced to As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and escalate when necessary. Work as a team and support inter and intra-department works and demonstrate company Core Values. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHSQ policies by reviewing & implementing MSRA. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering or any equivalent discipline. Min 5 years of experience as an E&I Supervisor in the Chemical Engineering or Petrochemical Plant industry. Understanding of maintenance technology, equipment, instruments, electrical, and manufacturing processes. Demonstrate ability to manage contractors/vendor independently and effectively.
