Senior Associate, Project Management, Global Financial Markets Operations

In Group Ops, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Global Financial Markets (GFM) offers a broad range of capabilities ranging from trading, structuring and sales in FX, interest rates, money market, credit, equity, commodities, derivatives and securities. Global Financial Markets Operations (GFMO) operates as a Regional Process Center i.e. Hub & Spoke supporting GFM businesses in the region. GFMO Data & Analytics team (DnA) is a dynamic team focusing on data related functions where we believe we can use data to resolve our department's challenges as well as challenging status quo. Responsibilities This role involves working closely with the business subject matter experts to develop functional data visualisation or dashboards which involves understanding problem, proposing and executing solution with available data. Besides dashboard development, this role includes formulating, designing and building solutions by developing scripts based on the gaps and opportunities identified from GFMO teams. Transform, improve, and integrate data based on requirements provided by stakeholders. Build and design from multiple data sets into Data Visualization tool like Tableau that is used for performance metrics monitoring and management oversight. Work closely with IT department on deployment process. Maintain proper documentation and traceability of requirements and process flow diagrams, and other project documents across the team. Requirements University degree with 3 years relevant working experience. Proven ability in structured problem solving and process improvement. Experience in Python and SQL is a must. Experience in bank operations in Treasury preferred but not compulsory. Good communication skills, ability to engage stakeholders across levels. Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
