Retail Management Intern

We are currently recruiting dedicated Retail Management Interns to join our retail team. Among the responsibilities are attracting customers and generating profits, assisting with product releases and events, improving product knowledge, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns. In a fast-paced environment, you should be able to multitask and provide excellent customer service. To be a great Retail Management Intern, you must be extremely passionate about the products and can inspire others. Outstanding Retail Management Interns can connect with the audience on a personal level and tailor their presentations to multiple demographics. Responsibilities: Planning and proposal for retail pop-up events Listening to what customers want and assisting them in finding the best product for their requirements Constantly expanding product knowledge and delivering it in engaging ways to customers Following up with customers and providing guidance on product selection Setting up attractive product displays and promotional booths Providing product demonstrations and presentations to customers and other stakeholders Engaging in meaningful interactions and developing positive customer relationships Providing feedback for improvement to the retail and management team Meeting daily targets and submitting sales reports and EOD reports accurately. Minimum Requirements: Proficient in English Willingness to learn and understand consumer electronics technical specifications Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities Well-groomed, pleasant, and cheerful personality Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well A proactive and highly motivated team player Able to start immediately What We Offer: Valuable hands-on experience in a startup environment.
