Job Responsibilities/Requirements We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and foster strategic sales partnerships in A2P and CPaaS markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the A2P business, market trends, and networks. Responsibilities: Grow the A2P and CPaaS demands and foster new strategic sales partnerships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with enterprises and application providers. Build a strong understanding of the local landscape of business needs and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. Engineering, Regulatory, Legal, Sales, and Product) to ensure seamless integration and implementation of CPaaS solutions and delivery to end-clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals, presentations, and discussions. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in A2P and CPaaS markets. Analyse and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and suggesting areas for improvement. Manage and coordinate internal and external working stakeholders including the local governing authorities and MNOs. Expand the A2P and CPaaS business regionally with strategic alliances. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 4 years’ experience in the A2P and/or CPaaS market. Proven experience in A2P and CPaaS business development within the industry. Strong understanding of Messaging and Cloud Omni-Channel Communication. Knowledge in A2P messaging protocols, regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building and maintaining successful business relationships. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
