Chateraise Singapore has vacancies for Administrative Executive (Japanese Speaking) Job description Handling and resolving customer complaints and following up with customers to ensure high level satisfaction Provide support and maintenance of company's social media accounts Provide strategic insights and recommendations for online/digital marketing Ensure smooth communications between all channels of business Preparation of regularly scheduled reports (daily / bi-weekly / monthly) Inventory management of stocks Support sales team in the ordering and distribution of materials Maintain and upkeep all office administrative records Event preparation and execution Any other ad hoc duties Requirements Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience working in relevant field Proficiency in Adobe creative software (e.g. Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) is required Proficient in MS Office Applications Require Languages: English, Chinese and Japanese JLPT 2 (for liaise with Japanese and Chinese speaking partners) Collaborative, proactive and solutions oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team player with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition Independent and self-motivated Flexible and adaptable to new challenges Resourceful, able to work under pressure and committed to work Keen interest in social media content development Able to commence work within a short notice 5 days work week (8.30AM - 6.30PM) Work location: 1 Buroh Lane Singapore 618292 Interested candidates are welcome to email CV to sg_recruitment@chateraise-i.com (No Agents please/ No Quota)#J-18808-Ljbffr
