Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets. Handle all client interactions onsite and serve as the primary contact for new clients. Maintain and update client profiles in the company’s CRM database. Build and establish rapport with potential clients. Collect market insights and client behavior data, working alongside the HOD, Business Development, and Marketing teams to create new initiatives. Generate new sales leads and take ownership of direct sales efforts ("Hunter" role). Prepare and submit weekly sales reports. Monitor tender opportunities and actively participate in the bidding process. Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Assist the Head of Business Development with trade shows, conferences, meetings, and activities with principals and clients. Requirements: Outgoing and personable with strong interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel frequently within Singapore. Self-motivated, hardworking, and independent.
