Resource Management Develop and maintain resource allocation plans to support project schedules. Coordinate with project managers to identify resource requirements, constraints, and understand staffing requirements for upcoming projects and assignments. Maintain a database of staff skills, qualifications, and availability to facilitate efficient deployment. Coordinate the assignment of staff to projects based on their skills, availability, and project requirements. Monitor and track staff deployments to ensure projects are adequately staffed and resources are effectively utilized. Communicate with staff regarding their deployment assignments, including location, duration, and responsibilities. Provide support to staff and managers regarding deployment-related issues and conflicts. Analyze and monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for optimization. Develop methods to measure and ensure adequate staffing levels and skills. Develop and implement strategies to improve resource allocation and utilization; evaluate deployment processes and make recommendations for improvement. Prepare regular reports on resource allocation and utilization for management review. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance resource management practices. Coordinate with recruitment agencies to ensure timely staffing of projects. Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and staff. Develop and maintain systems to track staff progress and performance. Collaborate with managers to develop individualized training development plans for each position. Coordinate with the training and development team on training activities to support staff growth. Monitor staff engagement and satisfaction levels and identify opportunities to enhance staff morale and motivation. Collaborate with managers to address staff performance issues and implement corrective actions. Stay current on trends and best practices in staff development and performance management. Administration Assist with day-to-day operations of the Resource Management functions and duties. Administration of transfers/movements, performance appraisal reviews, turnover, promotions, etc. Collaborate with the Business Unit’s Resource Team on the daily resource management’s operational duties. Conduct orientation and onboarding of new joiners and integrate them into deployment plans. Manage offboarding processes, exit interviews, and clearance. Ensure accuracy in the maintenance of manpower records in the systems. Administer and effectively implement the processes for disciplinary, grievance handling and termination/exit clearance, to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Prepare monthly reports and recruitment statistics to management. Verify and process invoices for all contract manpower. Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned. Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, or equivalent. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus. At least 5 years in HR Business Partner experience. Familiarity with Excel and an interest in learning Data Visualization Tools such as Tableau. Eagerness to engage with unstructured data to derive insights and contribute to solving business problems. Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, with the ability to read and comprehend complex materials. Willingness to develop presentation skills and effectively communicate with stakeholders; prepared to work in a progressive, fast-paced environment. Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
