Job Description New opening on the contract desk here in Morgan McKinley. A key client currently requires a Service Management Engineer to join them either remotely or on site for a 12 month daily rate contract. I am looking to speak to Service Management Engineer with over 5 years' experience for a daily rate contract with a more than competitive rate.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage events in ServiceNow coming from various sources (LogicMonitor, eG, Azure, Cribl, etc.)
• Set up topology mapping in LogicMonitor
• Set up monitoring in cloud using LogicMonitor
• Write Korn, bash, Ansible scripts to automate tasks
• Write SQL scripts to automate and create reports
• Create and maintain proper documentation for ITSM policies, procedures, and various metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
• Logic Monitor certified professional
• Combined 5 years' experience to include:
• Experience in Unix or Linux systems administration
• Must have worked on large scale Unix/Linux, Windows and network devices monitoring installations and help with troubleshooting
