A Senior/Programme Coordinator (SPC) is responsible for managing, developing, and reviewing residents’ activity programmes carried out by Therapy Assistants and all relevant stakeholders (including volunteers) under the direction of trained AHPs and according to established policies, procedures, and guidelines. Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and conduct programmes to suit residents’ holistic needs. Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting the needs of all residents. Develop and oversee programmes to ensure quality control and compliance procedures (e.g., proper documentation and resident safety in line with SOP). Responsible for reporting requirements and updates to supervisor. Manage engagement and performance of the programme team. Support professional development of the programme team. Guide Therapy Assistants and volunteers in executing activity programmes. Establish collaboration and liaise with external stakeholders such as corporate/institutional and grassroots organisations in the development of programmes. Review information materials for distribution. Procure consumables and supplies as required with proper monitoring of the budget allocated. Work with a multi-disciplinary team to create holistic programmes. Assume any other additional responsibilities as assigned. Maintain good communication and feedback with residents and sponsors. Requirements Possess a minimum Advance/Higher/Certificate in Community & Social Service (Senior Care Services) or 'O' Levels qualification. Competency in eldercare service with at least 2 years of working experience in an eldercare institution. Able to perform administrative tasks and possess basic Microsoft Office literacy. Passion and desire to work with different profiles of seniors. Able to plan, develop, and implement programmes to meet the needs of seniors. Able to engage, befriend, and motivate seniors through facilitation of activities or programmes. Able to prepare and conduct care programmes for seniors; e.g., daily news chats, cooking therapy, art & craft, singing sessions, dancing, reminiscence therapy, etc. Work Location: Central/East #J-18808-Ljbffr
