As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated Marketing & Communication Manager to join our expanding team. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives. Manage all aspects of internal and external communication, including content creation, and social media strategies. Lead brand positioning efforts to enhance market presence and drive customer engagement. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales and operational goals. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns effectively. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative strategies to keep the brand competitive. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related. 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the health & wellness industry, with a track record of success in leadership roles. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to develop compelling campaigns and strategies. Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, email marketing, social media platforms).
