Job details
Job Duties: Manage the calendar and a variety of administrative tasks for a team of senior stakeholders. Handle complex travel management that includes booking air tickets, hotel rooms, car transfers, planning travel itineraries, and matching travel plans with business meeting schedules. Manage travel visa applications and liaise with corporate travel agencies. Handle general administrative matters. Prepare expenses, invoices, and procurement for proper authorization and approval. Arrange logistics for tele and video conference calls, and schedule meetings including booking meeting rooms. Process expense claims and reports. Generate various daily, monthly, and quarterly portfolio reports. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. 5-8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant, Banking/Financial Services, or equivalent.
