PROJECT DIRECTOR (F&B Events) Who: Communications and Events Agency Where: Singapore Salary: up to $9k/month -- About We are excited to partner exclusively with a leading international communications consultancy specializing in food and beverage clients. The team creates and executes integrated campaigns spanning media, PR, influencer, digital, event, and trade marketing. You'll join a team of 5 in Singapore as part of a global network with 1,000+ talents across 30+ agencies worldwide. The Role We're looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Director to manage operations, oversee project delivery, and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong event management experience, a network in the F&B industry, and the ability to collaborate effectively. What you'll be doing: Oversee operations and project delivery across SEA, with travel once every 2-3 months Plan and execute events such as trade shows, masterclasses, and promotions. Respond to tenders and develop budget proposals. Ensure projects meet timelines and budgets while guiding the team. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as chefs, importers and distributors Share insights to improve project processes and outcomes. What You Bring: 6+ years of event management experience, preferably in the F&B sector or related industries. Expertise in managing multiple projects and budgets, especially government-funded ones. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A network in the F&B industry is a plus but not essential. Passion for the F&B sector What They Offer: A collaborative, supportive work environment.
