As part of the Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice, you will provide a well-integrated broad array of risk management services to capital market participants, such as Banks, Pension Funds, Investment Companies, and Insurance. FSRM products and services include all aspects related to Pillar One and Pillar Two Risks, Risk Analytics, Credit Analysis, Investment Analysis, and Risk Reporting. Your key responsibilities As an FSRM Senior Manager, you'll technically manage and lead FS Risk Management engagements. You will work as a team leader, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating the engagement partner on progress. You'll also build valuable relationships with external clients and internal peers. In addition, you'll lead and deliver presentations and provide inputs to proposals. Drawing on your skills and experience, you'll stay abreast of innovative commercial insights for clients. You'll also be responsible for packaging overall project findings into clear, concise, high-quality products. You'll serve as a role model to your team members for quality and risk management and ensure that your team members understand and comply with EY's Quality & Risk Management guidelines. As a Senior Manager, you'll also communicate effectively with your team members and help cultivate them to become high performers. Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have
  • Strong educational background from a top institution, quantitative/finance/economics/actuarial programme
  • Min. 12 years of relevant professional experience in a consulting and/or banking environment.
  • Experience in working in a project-based, team-oriented environment, ideally in the banking sector or consulting, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering in fast-paced and demanding environments
  • Experience and proficiency in programming languages: R, Python, or SQL.
  • Excellent analytical, report-writing, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Strong management skills and proven people management skills
  • Experience in managing both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability and appetite to drive business development and contribute to the growth of EY's solutions
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Professional certifications: FRM and/or CFA
