Senior Network Security Engineer L3 will possess a strong background in identity and access management, specifically in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing CIAM solutions aimed at improving customer experience while ensuring security and compliance are upheld. Responsibilities:
- CIAM Strategy Development: Develop and implement the CIAM strategy aligned with business goals.
- Architecture, Design and Integration: Design secure and scalable CIAM solutions that support user registration, authentication, and authorization and also to integrate with existing systems, applications, and APIs.
- User Experience Optimization: Enhance customer experience by implementing user-friendly authentication methods.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure CIAM solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Project management, Monitoring and Reporting: Manage CIAM project and provide regular reports.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to CIAM solutions.
- Business Analysis: Engage with business to gather requirements and provide CIAM-related guidance and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on customer identity.
- Proven experience with CIAM solutions and tools (e.g., ForgeRock, Okta, Auth0).
