Responsibilities:

  1. Sell the maximum number of vehicles possible
  2. Achieve maximum profitability on sales
  3. Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
  4. Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities
  5. Help Retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency
Measures:
  1. Sales vs objectives
  2. Profit on sales
  3. VQM / dealer audit
  4. Customer satisfaction (CEM) and retention (repeat purchase)
  5. Staff retention
