The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire logistics and supply chain operations of the organization. This includes managing the flow of goods, services, and information from the point of origin to the end user. The role involves planning, coordinating, and optimizing transportation, warehousing, and inventory management processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while meeting quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Operations :
- Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods to meet customer requirements.
- Plan and manage logistics budgets, including freight, warehousing, and operational costs.
Team Leadership :
- Lead and supervise the logistics team, including supervisors, coordinators, and drivers.
- Provide training, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure team performance and engagement.
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any staffing or operational challenges.
Inventory and Warehousing :
- Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
