We’re recruiting an ‘Admin Officer’ for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.

Job Description:

In this role, we’re looking for someone who is responsible for preparing tailored letters, memos, emails, agendas, and minutes of meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Follow up on incoming emails/internal communications as required.
  2. Make us aware of all relevant automated office management systems (SharePoint, DocuSign, etc.) for effective communication.
  3. Monitor office supplies and order team requirements or replacements for office stationery and refreshments.
  4. Act as procurement assistant for the department by handling all purchase requisitions, raising PRs, and preparing documents to support the purchase requests.
  5. Maintain a record of correspondence and organize filing of all office-related documents.
  6. Schedule appointments and plan for meetings and conferences.
