Lead QA Engineer – Fully Remote – £70,000 We are excited to be working with a market-leading healthcare technology company revolutionizing patient care with innovative digital solutions. We’re looking for a Lead QA Engineer to lead quality assurance for their cutting-edge digital platform, which provides remote triage services to improve healthcare outcomes. This is a fully remote role with a competitive salary of up to £70,000 plus a great benefits package. What you’ll do:
- Lead the QA team and set best practices for quality assurance.
- Drive improvements in manual and automated testing processes using Playwright, WebdriverIO, Cucumber, and BDD.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions.
- 4+ years of QA experience in web applications.
- Expertise in automation frameworks, particularly Playwright, and manual testing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in regulated environments, ideally in healthcare.
- Salary up to £70,000 plus excellent benefits.
