We are an e-commerce brand in the beauty niche looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer to manage our Meta (Facebook) and TikTok advertising. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing high-budget Facebook ad campaigns and a strategic mindset to lead both creative and media buying initiatives. Location: Remote Compensation: Base pay between $3,000 – $6,000 monthly, plus a performance bonus based on a percentage of ad spend. The base remuneration will depend on your experience. Responsibilities Creative Strategy:
- Collaborate with our talented creative production team, which generates 30+ ads weekly, to develop and refine ad creatives that connect with our target audience.
- Oversee the creative production process and manage ad testing efficiently.
- Manage and optimize Facebook ads to align with our brand goals and maximize performance.
- Focus on strategy, creative oversight, optimization, and scaling campaigns, with support from a junior media buyer handling foundational tasks like uploading creatives and creating audiences.
- Design and execute effective media buying strategies to maximize ROI and drive results.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in scaling brands to $1,000,000+ in monthly revenue on Meta platforms with extensive ad testing strategies.
- Creative Expertise: Strong experience in managing and testing a high volume of creative assets.
- TikTok Ads Experience: Familiarity with TikTok advertising strategies.
