Maintenance Technician - Refrigeration Venn Group is working with an Healthcare organisation to recruit a Maintenance Technician to support their reactive and planned maintenance programme. Salary: £36,000 - £45,000 Duration: Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 Location: South London The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensure compliance with Policies, Technical Guidance, Process and Procedures, Statutory Regulations, and HTMs
- Deliver Scheduled, Reactive and Remedial maintenance services as directed by the PPM planner (CAFM), helpdesk or Technical Services Supervisor
- Ensure that operational standards are maintained at all times
- Carry out testing and inspection of Commercial/Industrial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration services, fault finding, minor repairs or installations
- Maintain services and equipment within critical environments
- Assess problems to determine the best course of action on complex technical issues
- Communicate technical and or complex information to various stakeholders
- Clean UK Driving License
- F Gas qualification
- At least 4 years experience
