Our client is an Australia-based Accounting Firm seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee and manage their practice systems, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to their standard operating procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will have several years of relevant experience and strong familiarity with key systems such as Ignition, XPM, Xero, and Guru. Key Responsibilities: Practice System Management : Manage and improve practice systems including Ignition, XPM, Xero, and Guru. Client Onboarding : Create client profiles, invoices, and engagement letters in accordance with established SOPs. Reporting : Prepare and release OKR (Objectives and Key Results) reports. System Improvements : Identify and implement improvements to current systems and processes. Administrative Support : Provide additional ad-hoc administrative support as needed. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the accounting or professional services industry. Proficiency in systems such as Ignition, XPM, Xero, and Guru. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high standards of performance. Experience working at an Australian Accounting firm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
