Engineering Director

Job Responsibilities:

• Build, manage and grow multiple teams of product focused technical team.
• Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers on your team.
• Work with business departments to define the strategy, roadmap and destination architecture.
• Manage a portfolio of diverse technology platforms and projects to build scalable applications that meet our customer needs.
• Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices.
• Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies.
• Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity.

• 10+ years of experience in technology roles, with at least 3 years in a management position.
• Demonstrated success in building technology operations and leading technological development in fast-growing organizations.
• Extensive experience with Fintech, banking, Internet platform, etc.
• Good business acumen with the ability to translate technology strategies into tangible business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives.
• A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for driving technological innovation within the context of business goals.
