Role Summary: The role is responsible for marketing and selling Flux’s ideas, solutions and services to new and existing clients. Values and Personality: The ideal candidate will:

- Marketing and promoting Flux.
- Qualifying sales opportunities.
- Running discovery meetings and calls with clients to obtain and understand their business needs and/or to clarify existing briefs.
- Communicating clients’ requirements to Flux’s Delivery team and working with Creative, Production and Engineering to produce quotes and proposals.
- Delivering client pitches.
- Negotiating commercial terms with clients.
- Maintaining accurate sales and marketing MI.
- Experience working in a commercial account handling / sales role within a creative or media environment.
- Managing commercial activities and tasks to deliver sales targets.
- Managing sales and marketing MI, including sales forecasting.
- Engaging communication skills.
- Creative problem solving.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Experience in creating visual proposals for creative briefs.
