Our Inside Sales Advisors have a very realistic OTE of £35,000, with some Sales Advisors earning upwards of £40,000. Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling and upselling new hot leads – Web, email and Call
- Develop a “Desk” Mentality, manging your own pipeline of customers
- Work towards hitting daily call and email targets. You'll make proactive calls to a mixture of cold, warm and hot customers in order to grow your own pipeline.
- Making sure promises to customers are actioned
- Highly motivated with a can do attitude
- Personable and willing to learn
- Organised
- Confident telephone manner
- No previous experience necessary
- Preferred Sales and Account Management experience in Business to Business sales
