We are currently expanding our dynamic sales team and are looking for a driven and results-oriented B2B Energy Field Sales Representative to join our team.   • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
  • Identify and approach prospective clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to understand clients' energy needs and recommend tailored energy solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our energy products and services to potential clients, including renewable energy options, energy efficiency programs, and cost-saving strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project implementation and high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging energy technologies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, follow up on leads, and address client inquiries as needed.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in energy, utilities, or a related sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of energy solutions and industry regulations is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory and conduct on-site meetings.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
