- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
- Identify and approach prospective clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand clients' energy needs and recommend tailored energy solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our energy products and services to potential clients, including renewable energy options, energy efficiency programs, and cost-saving strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project implementation and high customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging energy technologies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, follow up on leads, and address client inquiries as needed.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in energy, utilities, or a related sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of energy solutions and industry regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory and conduct on-site meetings.
