• Participate in routine inspections and maintenance of roofs and solar systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety protocols (training provided).
