With about 35 employees, you’ll have the rare opportunity to help design your career as we’ll search how to best match your skills to our needs. Here’s how you fit into the V3 Team… Perform reception and administrative duties for the office (e.G., expense reports, calendar management, supplies ordering and inventory ) Assist with out-of-town travel arrangement, including travel related to projects, inter-office visits and out-of-town conferences; Coordinate resolution of facilities issues with primary leaseholder and landlord. Assist Project Staff with: Preparation of transmittal letters; Format, collate, print and transmit/submit proposal responses, project reports, meeting materials and permit submittals (as warranted); Provide accounts receivable collection support, verifying receipt and payment status with clients’ accounts payable staff; Add and manage contacts in our database system. Pull requested data from external sources As a professional consulting firm, we’re only as good as each member of our combined team. For this position, we’re seeking someone with the following background: 2+ years of experience working in a professional office Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, word, PowerPoint, teams; experience with Bluebeam and Deltek would be a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are prioritized, as are effective proofreading, verbal and written communication skills. Post-secondary education or certification in programs related to Administrative Professional and Business Administration are a plus.
