Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales professional. The role involves lead generation, managing customer satisfaction, expediting, and quotations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promptly and proactively communicating with clients and promoting our products and services. This role is located in Kamloops, BC. This a role intended for someone looking to take their career to the next level mentoring under a legend within the process and instrumentation sales industry. Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with technical instrumentation sales
- Ability to read P&ID and similar technical documents
- Experience with field services sales
- Knowledge of mining and industrial processes
- Knowledge of process analyzers, and CEMS systems is a plus
- Experience with quoting/estimating controls and automation solutions is a plus
- Desire to grow into outside sales and business development within 3yrs
