We are seeking an exceptional Department Manager with proven experience in Accessories for a prestigious Central London location. As a luxury Accessories Department Manager, you will oversee key areas of the department, ensuring operational excellence and a customer-first approach. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial mindset, expertise in CRM clienteling, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities:

• Establish the vision and tone for the department while driving a highly successful and profitable business in collaboration with Regional and Corporate management teams.
• Develop and implement strategic business action plans to maximize sales across product categories and client tiers.
• Maintain high sell-through rates by closely monitoring inventory and client preferences.
• Execute all company initiatives within the store effectively and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide the highest level of client service by motivating, coaching, and challenging the team to exceed expectations.
• Communicate KPIs set by the company and implement strategies to meet and surpass performance standards.
• Lead daily store meetings to discuss business trends, share relevant updates, and inspire the team.

• Proven track record of achieving outstanding results in a similar role.
• Mens & Womens accessories, leather goods Premium-luxury experience preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in a management role, such as Store or Assistant Store Manager.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
