We are you an Architectural Technician with experience working on high-end residential projects? Do you want to work on high budget, excellently designed projects? Want to work in an ambitious and successful studio who have grown from 0 to 30 staff in just 4 years? The Company Our client are mid-sized (30 people) design-led practice in South-West London who are specialists in a range of high end residential projects for both private a commercial clients. Their portfolio is diverse with examples of projects ranging from a small 2 bed-properties in Notting Hill, right through to a large £100 million project in St John's Wood. The conversion of 2 mews houses into 4 town houses, prime resi, listed building, is an example of a recent project. The team are passionate about their work and there is a friendly and sociable working environment, with incredible career progression on offer. The Opportunity There is currently an opportunity for an AutoCAD proficient Architectural Technician / CAD Technician to work on one of the studio's highest profile projects, working closely with the founder of the practice. The Central London-based project involves taking several adjoining properties and converting them into one large property.
- You will be supported to play a key role on this project which is currently at stage 3 and you will be involved all the way through to practical completion

- Experienced at producing technical drawings across RIBA stages 3-5
- Competent using AutoCAD
- Experience of working as an Architectural Technician / CAD Technician in a UK-based architectural practice with 3-5 years+ experience
- Experience working on UK based projects and good knowledge of the UK building regulations
- Experience on one off residential projects OR high end residential projects and ideally existing buildings would be a benefit
- Site experience is a bonus but not required
- £45,000 - £50,000 salary
- 1 day remote working per week
