Business Unit Manager - Engineer / Building Surveyor Seeking a Professional Engineer or Building Surveyor with ambition to grow a Business Unit. Home Integrity is a quality-focused, award-winning Building Inspection firm. We deliver solutions for home buyers, builders, and strata managers to name a few. We also advise on compliance and engineering matters, demonstrating our expertise and leadership in building consulting. Home Integrity is one of the largest inspection firms in WA, with the capacity and ambition to grow rapidly in coming years. As part of this growth strategy, we require a motivated engineering professional or building surveyor to develop and lead our new business unit. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this is a newly created role which can be tailored to the skill set of the right applicant. Ideally, this will suit an Engineer or Building Surveyor with 5 years + experience looking to move into management. The success of this role will be dependent on some relationship and business development and would suit a candidate who has a readiness to acquire new projects. Possible responsibilities for this role Act as the internal point of contact for technical queries from Inspectors and other stakeholders Assist with resolving customer queries Involvement in strategic planning and direction of business unit Tender and proposal completion A little bit about you As a qualified Engineering Professional or Building Surveyor, you should ideally possess extensive experience in residential construction. You’ll need a solid understanding of WA building codes and standards to ensure all our services meet the highest standards. You also need to be tech-savvy, regularly using Microsoft Office products and our reporting software. Training will be provided for all in-house Apps and systems. Ready to Apply?
