Metaguest - Account Executive We are actively hiring and looking to fill multiple open positions! Are you ready to be a part of a new an innovative team that is changing an entire industry? Metaguest is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as an Account Executive! As part of the Metaguest Team, you'll play a key role in building and nurturing valuable connections with new and existing clients that drive the success of our upcoming AI products. You'll be building these relationships with B2B emails, calls and setting up virtual meetings with our customers who are businesses local to our hotel properties. Compensation: 90-Day Onboarding (Trial) Period: $40,000 CAD Base + Commission This is your opportunity to get familiar with our product, hone your sales skills, and start building relationships with our clients while being rewarded for early wins. Post-Trial: $50,000 - $135,000 CAD Base + Commission (OTE $75,000 - $200,000 CAD) + Benefits Upon completing the onboarding phase, your base salary is determined by the performa of the onboarding period along with the targets you choose moving forward. What you'll be doing:
