Territory Manager – ONTARIO Full-Time, Permanent Our client has over 8000 employees worldwide, they have over 90+ manufacturing facilities and they annual sales are over $3Billion. Location: 100% REMOTE – ONTARIO Hours: Monday – Friday 9: 00 am – 5: 00 pm (37.5-hour work week) Salary: Up to 90K+ Commissions Summary: The Territory Manager is responsible for providing the highest level of sales and service in their defined territory. This individual will need to obtain a vast knowledge of products and applications. They will promote and sell high-performance packaging systems including, consumables, machines and tools. This position is based in Ontario. Account size will range from $4-8 million in sales volume. Perks: · Full benefits plan (Dental/Vision) – after 1 month · STD/LTD Benefits · 15 days’ vacation with 5 sick days + 3 Company holidays · Flexible work hours · Pension Program · Family environment · Company provided laptop computer · Training reimbursement program · Scholarship program · Wellness program · Company vehicle provided Essential Functions: · Sell through a consultative and solutions-driven method to provide a comprehensive packaging system to our customers. · Meet or exceed sales goals utilizing all products and services. · Keep up to date with products and applications to sell solutions that meet customer’s needs. · Develop, document, and present the value of the Company to our customers. · Collaborate with other team members on account management, projects or department initiatives. · Work closely with our Customer Service, Inside Sales and Regional Sales Management Teams. · Develop leads and network of potential new business opportunities. · Coordinate sales activity from quote to sale close. · Arrange an effective Time and Territory Management Plan that maximizes sales efficiency and allows the proper balance of sales calls on existing accounts, target accounts, new accounts and business development prospects. · Contribute information to the sales and marketing strategy by sharing market opportunities and competitive area information. · Conduct oneself in a manner that represents the company values · Participate in Training & Development opportunities in order to continually improve, upgrade performance, experience career development and advancement. · Assist the A/R department collecting past due balances and ensure your accounts are in good standing. Experience: · Fluent in English (spoken and written). · Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. · 1-3 years consultative sales experience, industrial sales experience preferred. Strong mechanical and manufacturing aptitude. · Ability to use a CRM and read dashboards on PowerBi, with general MS Office proficiency. · Strong technology skills with social media knowledge to drive current customers and prospect engagement. Working Conditions: Home Office. · Travel – up to 65% Must live in the assigned territory, travel overnight. · 60- 70% managing current business 30%-40 % new business
