Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Strategic Planning – Ability to plan, execute, and optimize mental wellness initiatives effectively.
  • Understanding of Mental Health & Behavioral Psychology – Familiarity with mental health trends, interventions, and corporate wellness models.
  • Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management – Strong ability to engage, negotiate, and collaborate with corporate clients and mental health professionals.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to anticipate challenges, devise solutions, and drive innovation within the wellness sector.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration – Comfortable working with healthcare professionals, HR teams, and external wellness providers to ensure program success.
  • Program Development & Execution – Design and implement corporate mental wellness initiatives that align with clients’ needs while creating new market demands.
  • Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement – Establish and maintain strategic collaborations with reputable mental health stakeholders to enhance the program’s functionality and reach.
  • Corporate Wellness Implementation – Oversee the execution of mental wellness campaigns, training sessions, and engagement initiatives, ensuring measurable impact.
  • Business Development & Client Acquisition – Identify and acquire corporate clients for mental wellness services, contributing to revenue growth and sustainability.
  • Program Performance & Data Analysis – Track and analyze program success, employee participation rates, and business impact, using data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Public Health, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years experience in corporate wellness, mental health programs, HR wellness, or business development. Experience in managing relevant programs is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with mental health trends, latest interventions, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), and corporate wellness initiatives.
