Our client, a leader in their industry, is expanding and seeking a proactive Account Coordinator to join their team in St. Laurent, QC. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 500 key accounts generating over $7M in annual revenue, ensuring top-tier service and operational efficiency. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working three days remotely, alongside a competitive benefits package and vacation. What You’ll Do

  • Nurture Client Relationships: Serve as the trusted advisor and main contact for set accounts, driving customer loyalty and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Deliver White-Glove Service: Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues creatively, and provide first-contact resolution.
  • Manage Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee inventory availability, collaborate with suppliers and facilities, and handle product movement across Canadian locations to prevent shortages.
  • Generate and Analyze KPI Reports: Prepare and present performance insights to customers, aligning operations with client needs.
  • Support Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities, onboard new accounts, and expand revenue in your territory.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Interface with carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
What You Bring
  • Bilingual Proficiency : Fluent in French and English (80% of communication with QC-based clients).
  • Sales and Customer Relationship Expertise : 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, supply chain, or account management , with a proven ability to manage high-value accounts.
  • White-Glove Customer Service : A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, with creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Time Management and Multi-Tasking : Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage resources effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency : Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with SAP or JD Edwards .
  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
