Job Description
- Actively promote and sell cardiothoracic surgery products to hospitals and surgical teams.
- Develop relationships with cardiac surgeons to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support surgical cases by providing product demonstrations and technical assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement local marketing strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business).
- 3+ years of experience in medical sales, preferably in cardiothoracic surgery or related medical devices.
- Strong knowledge of valve replacement therapies, CRM pacemakers, or pharmaceutical sales targeting cardiac surgeons.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
