The Sales Specialist role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, driving sales, and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Client Relationship Management:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Attending meetings, delivering presentations, and obtaining client approvals.
- Following up on payments and visiting client sites when necessary.
- Identifying and capitalizing on sales prospects to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Networking and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with stakeholders for proposals and quotations.
- Optimizing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Reporting on sales performance metrics and revenue forecasts.
- Soliciting and incorporating feedback from clients to enhance service delivery.
- Working with the team to improve performance.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with 1-2 years of experience, especially in maintaining client relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: Added advantage for candidates with experience in System Integration (SI) or Point of Sales (POS) Systems.
- Self-Motivation and Independence: Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical and Customer-Centric Approach: Strong analytical skills, data collection proficiency, and a customer-focused, proactive problem-solving mindset.
