• Process: Logistics (Pilot Project)
• Role: German Customer Service Specialist
• Package: Up to 13 LPA
• Certification: C1 German language proficiency (Soft copy/hard copy of certificate required)
• Experience: Prior experience in German Customer Service is mandatory

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in Verbal German: Exceptional communication skills in German are essential.
• Certification: Must possess a valid C1 level certification in German.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
