Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies
- Craft and implement creative, results-driven social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity.
- Produce engaging and platform-specific content (text, images, and videos) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Use tools to schedule posts for optimal reach.
- Design, launch, and monitor organic and paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and lead generation.
- Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) to evaluate campaign success and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Foster relationships with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to ensure GM Digital Inc. remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
- Expertise in managing and creating content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for design and branding.
- Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere).
- Knowledge of SEO and its role in social media.
