Job Description
- Responsible for managing and handling all TOLL projects proactively.
- Prepare the supply plan and confirm it with the production planning team and with manufacturers.
- Create/update and implement TOLL-related SOPs.
- Coordinate supply and business relationships with those who deal with toll manufacturing systems, material suppliers, and business partners.
- Coordinate with all concerned departments at the manufacturing sites (R&D, QA, QC, production planning) for stock holding processes and troubleshoot all bottlenecks that can delay or deviate the production procedures to obtain timely and timely production dates.
- Coordination of contracts issuing of Toll manufacturing projects.
- Build a database showing contact details of our manufacturer, Available capabilities, available tools, etc.
- Oversee the issuance and coordination of contracts for Toll manufacturing projects.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of manufacturer contact details, available capabilities, and tools.
- Provide accurate and timely supply data for weekly and monthly reviews and reports.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and quality standards in all toll manufacturing activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks within the toll manufacturing processes.
- Monitor performance metrics for toll manufacturing to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical/science/vet.
- At least 3 years of experience in handling toll manufacturing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industries.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical production (Derma and Cosmetic production experience is strongly preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving orientation.
- Proven ability to manage tight project deadlines while effectively balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes related to toll manufacturing (e.g., GMP, ISO certifications) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and foster strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites as required
