Job details
- Performing hardware and software installation procedure.
- Provide support in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Managing technical documentation.
- Assist to identify computer equipment SWAP requirements when necessary.
- Provide customers with on-going assistance in their information technology problem.
- Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
- Perform others IT Technical and Support duties as assigned.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Good knowledge of PC and Laptop hardware functions is a must.
- Able to lift and move IT equipment to loading vehicles and the customer site.
- Have your own vehicle(Car or Motorbike) and valid driving iding license
- Able to travel within Klang Valley to support customers as needed.
- Have a high attitude to learn, excel in the job assignments, and get rewarded.
