Job Opening: Fashion Designer (4-12 Years of Experience) Company: Delan Delan, a premium and forward-thinking women's wear brand , is looking for a Fashion Designer with a proven track record and the expertise to manage and elevate our brand. This is a leadership role requiring a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to ensure our collections remain innovative, relevant, and aligned with our brand ethos. What You’ll Do: * Create and design collections that reflect Delan’s brand identity, with a focus on innovative designs and market trends. * Develop print designs and curated collections that align with the brand’s premium aesthetic. * Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery. * Source premium fabrics and establish strong relationships with suppliers. * Shape the brand’s creative vision, introducing fresh and unique concepts. * Conduct market research to anticipate and respond to emerging trends. * Lead the collection development process from ideation through to final execution. * Apply technical expertise in patterns, fittings, and garment construction. * Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of designers, fostering collaboration and creativity. * Drive brand building efforts and maintain a consistent brand identity across all collections. * Align design objectives with Delan’s business strategy to enhance market presence. * Implement robust quality assurance practices to ensure product excellence. * Promote sustainability by integrating eco-friendly practices into design and production. What We’re Looking For: * Minimum 5 years and maximum 15 years of professional experience in fashion design. * Proven ability to manage and grow a brand through innovative design and strategy. * Strong portfolio showcasing creative and market-relevant designs. * Expertise in print design, fabric sourcing, and production management. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Salary Range: ₹40,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.
