• End to End Recruitment- Requirement Gathering, Screening, Interview Scheduling, Partner channel handling, HR discussions, Compensation.

• Negotiations, Offer making and Coordinating the whole recruitment process.

• Handling all recruitment activities, analyzing market trends, and establishing pipeline of candidates to full fill resource pool needs.

• Minimizing lead time between sourcing and onboarding and maximizing utilization of LinkedIn and referral channels for fulfilling hiring needs.

• Stake Holder Management - building & maintaining relationships with key corporate decision makers, timely update on recruitment progress.

• Ensuring accomplishment of set recruitment targets.

• Recruitment plan preparation & manpower planning.

• Focus on data driven recruitment, in bound recruitment and keeping diversity in hiring, skill & behavior analysis of candidates.
