Experience: 4~6 Years Role: Salesforce Developer/Admin Responsibilities: ⮚ Should be familiar with General CRM functionalities, Development and Support project life cycle. ⮚ Should be expertise in Salesforce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services), and Force.com Capabilities ⮚ Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives. ⮚ Ability to debug difficult, complex technical issues and experience working with Salesforce support. ⮚ Experience in working with Salesforce Workflow Rules and Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder and Salesforce limitations. ⮚ Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers and Classes, Data Loaders, SOQL, Force.com Tool and Toolkits. ⮚ Experience in LWC, Aura, Java script and Web technologies. ⮚ System Administrator with Enterprise edition or above - Maintain multiple user roles: security, profiles, etc. ⮚ Clone orgs and refresh Sandboxes. Then seed the org with data which needs to be tailored to the type and size of Sandbox. ⮚ Experience in Gitlab, Github and creating pipelines, SFDX scripts. ⮚ Manage and communicate Salesforce upgrades. Upgrade strategy includes all types of Sandboxes leading to Production. ⮚ Knowledge and Use of Ownbackup. Highly desired ⮚ Experience with SSO/SAML using Okta - AppExchange evaluation and implementation. ⮚ In-depth experience with Integration of Third-party cloud solutions to Salesforce ⮚ Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives. Required: ⮚ Salesforce Developer/Admin Certification ⮚ Strong verbal and written communication Preferred : ⮚ Experience in creating dashboards and reports
