Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives. Evaluate emerging technologies for innovation.
2. Team Management: Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
3. Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
4. Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, manage cybersecurity risks, and safeguard data.

1. Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role.
2. Expertise in software development life cycle, system architecture, and IT infrastructure.
3. Experience scaling technology in a high-growth environment.
4. Proficient in full stack development and an understanding of cybersecurity and compliance.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. BSc. or MSc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
